In short: there are no accounts and your army is never uploaded — it stays in your own browser. The site shows adverts from Google, which may use cookies, but only with your permission where the law requires it. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the organiser.
Who runs this site
This site is run by Aiden Robinson, an individual based in France. For any privacy question, contact chaptergarrison@gmail.com.
Your army and everything you enter
- Your units, pictures, notes, rules and PDFs are stored only in your own web browser on your device (in its local storage). They are never sent to this site or anyone else, and I cannot see them.
- When you press Save / Export, the file is created on your own device. Where it goes after that is up to you.
- Clearing your browsing data deletes everything stored by the site, so keep an exported backup.
- If you use an AI chat to read your datasheets, you do that on the AI provider's own website, under their privacy terms. This site only receives the text you paste back in, and that also stays in your browser.
Advertising and cookies
- The site is free and is paid for by adverts served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show adverts, measure them, and — if you agree — personalise them based on your visits to this and other sites.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you're asked for your consent before any non-essential cookies are used, through Google's certified consent message. If you refuse, you may still see adverts, but non-personalised or limited ones.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the organiser.
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
- Apart from advertising, the site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (netlify.com). Like any web server, the host may briefly keep technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) to deliver the site and keep it secure. I don't use these logs to identify anyone.
Legal basis
- Advertising cookies and personalised ads: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Technical hosting logs: legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. As this site holds no personal data about you itself, most requests about advertising data go to Google (see the links above). You can contact me at the address above, and you may complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 15, and it doesn't knowingly show personalised adverts to them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
Not affiliated
This is an unofficial, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. Any game names or trademarks you enter belong to their owners.
